Our wholesale pricing & terms are intended for wholesale customers who have a business Tax ID number and plan on opening an account for ongoing orders. The retail and event pricing & terms is for one-time orders for an event (like an anniversary, convention or reunion), or if you’re ordering for your own use and you do not plan on reselling. • All First Orders must be pre-paid.
• Payment due at time of shipping. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or U.P.S. C.O.D.
• Shipping will be billed separately on final invoice.
• All of our pottery items are handmade and subject to variations in size, color, and glaze consistency and are not considered seconds because of variations from order to order.
• Custom orders may come with a 10% overrun which will be shipped and invoiced.
• All rush orders are assessed a 25% charge. Availability is subject to production schedule.
• Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without approval from Deneen Pottery.

• Molds will be retired if no orders are placed after 3 years. A $50 fee will be assessed per medallion to bring back retired artwork.

• First-Time Setup Charge: $150.00 for a vector file submission, $200.00 for a non-vector file submission
In order to be added to our art wait list, all new orders require a first-time setup fee. This covers the costs of creating your custom emblem, die, and mold which will produce a medallion that can be applied to most stoneware items. An art proof plus one revision is included in the first-time setup fee. Additional design time will be billed at $60.00 per hour. An additional $50.00 charge is required if you wish to make any changes to your original design or to produce any of the following items: Coasters, Do Not Disturb Signs, Ornaments, Magnets, and Leather Key fobs (these item require the production of new artwork, die and mold.)
• Artwork: Any line drawings or original artwork created by Deneen Pottery may be purchased for personal use. High resolution JPEG, PNG, and PSD files are available at a rate of $50 each.
