When the Glaze Engrave™ process was pioneered by David Christopherson and Peter Deneen it initially produced emblems of clay to be used for decoration, but it wasn’t until a few years later that they thought to apply the flat pressed clay pieces to hand-thrown pottery forms. Luckily, both the medallions for the mugs and these custom flatware items can be produced in tandem and are another unique way to promote your business.
